Shipping policy

  • Our current processing time is 1-2 business days on DTF transfers and 7-14 business days on any other custom merchandise unless otherwise stated. PLEASE NOTE: Every single item is handmade or printed in house.
  • Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time. 
  • All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping times may vary, depending on the carrier. 
  • Hazel Eyes Designs, LLC., is not responsible for packages once they are in the carrier's possession. 
  • If your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Orders will not be remade or refunded if lost or damaged by the carrier. 
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided during check out. Please ensure the information entered is accurate as Hazel Eyes Designs, LLC is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. 
  • If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to reship it. If failure to pay for reshipment occurs, the item will be donated after 90 days.
